Fresherie Bistro is a modern and stylish event space at Prague’s Pankrác, where talent, dedication, humility, and experience create exceptional gastronomic experiences. Fresherie Bistro offers a modern and airy interior with an outdoor garden, a designer space, and a prime location in Pankrác. You’ll be served by experienced staff with years of expertise in organizing events for companies and individuals alike.

We offer the rental of the entire bistro for various private events, corporate parties, birthday celebrations, wine tastings, and more, with catering options including buffet-style or served tasting dinners. Food that energizes you! A bistro you’ll want to return to.

Comprehensive service on request, events of all types

At Fresherie Bistro, we can provide all you need: facilities, catering, grilling, live music, or a DJ. Whatever you wish for. We can arrange a variety of event types, including:

Christmas Parties – full service, including custom decorations upon client request.
Wine Tasting – wine tastings with our sommelier.
Champagne Tasting – an evening with our sommelier, regional presentation, and a cold and hot buffet.
Tasting Dinners – we can prepare a 3-5 course tasting menu with wine pairing.
Buffet – cold and hot buffet (finger food), a selection of sweets, mini desserts, cakes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Celebrations – various setups, welcome drinks, cake cutting, DJ, photo booth, live music.
Terrace Grilling – on Fresherie Bistro’s terrace or the rooftop terrace in the adjacent building.
Fresh Day “Health Day” – on-site or at the client’s location: we can come to the client’s office with equipment, ingredients, and make fresh juices and smoothies on-site, involving employees in both preparation and ingredient selection. Also available as a “pre-prepared drinks delivery” version.
Ice Cream in the Office – we can provide a fully stocked ice cream cart for the office with up to six flavors of ice cream.

Facilities

We provide sound for the entire space and outdoor garden, a wireless microphone, a projector with a screen, as well as a DJ and bartender if desired. The space is air-conditioned, accessible, and equipped with WiFi.

Maximum capacity: 100 people
Indoor seating capacity: 60 seats, standing 100 guests
Outdoor seating capacity: 60 seats, standing 100 guests.

Pricing

Rental is based on a minimum consumption:
morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM – 35,000 CZK excl. VAT
evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM – 35,000 CZK excl. VAT
full day 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM – 120,000 CZK excl. VAT
